Day 2 - Visit Old Goa
Churches & Temples: They are living testimonies of the rich historical past of Goa and the peaceful co-existence of Christian and Hindu culture and traditions.

The former Portuguese capital of the region before Panjim, Old Goa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that’s home to several magnificent churches and cathedrals. Primarily constructed during the 16th and 17th centuries, these buildings have lofty exteriors and exquisitely decorated interiors. The most famous among them is the Basilica of Bom Jesus, which contains the remains of St Francis Xavier, who arrived here in the 16th century as a Jesuit missionary. His three-tiered marble tomb is the highlight of the church, but it also has gilded altars and striking baroque architecture. The imposing Se Cathedral, the largest church in Old Goa, is an excellent example of Renaissance architecture, and has 15 impressive altars. The convent and church of St Francis of Assisi is known for its intricate gilded woodwork and murals, and houses an archaeological museum within its premises.SAM_4346.JPG

3 day - visit the Dudhsagar waterfall and spice plantations, elephant ride
Waterfalls: The cascading Dudhsagar waterfalls in the Sanguem district of Goa remains irresistible to both domestic and international tourists alike.

Spice Plantations: At the spice plantation farms you can witness men climb on the Betel Nut trees, over a hundred feet above the ground. Fresh spices like cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, herbs, fruits, areca nut, betel and medicinal plants are indigenous to Goa. An authentic delicious Goan meal amidst nature completes every spice plantation tour.

Day 4 - Heaven on Palolem beach
The Beaches: An ideal combination of sun, sand, sea and surf is enough to send a person packing his bags and go on a short holiday. South Goa, one of the two districts in Goa also boats of beautiful cities. The south Goa cities have a charm in themselves. The south Goa cities are unique in their beauty and architecture; a visit to the south Goa cities is worth when holidaying in Goa.

Day 5 - Transfer to the airport.
